I’m Cecelia! I'm a certified life coach, living with my hilarious husband, our 2 dogs, and house plants in Georgetown, KY. We’ve been locals in SC, TX, and ATL, and now find ourselves exploring the Bluegrass State.
It is my greatest joy to come alongside women, like you, as you intentionally cultivate rhythms to become the woman you’re meant to be.
Around here, you’ll hear me talk about practical ways to claim your purpose and make intentional choices that align with your personality, morals, beliefs, and dreams. We will identify your next steps in building a lifestyle you can get on board with. We will exchange the “to do” and “should do” lists we have accepted overtime for “goals and action steps” that transform our days from filled up to full.
My own experience with years of distrusting my intuition and feeling unfulfilled, finally led me to the realization that I was living a good life, but it was not my life. As it turned out, I made the big decisions—mainly based on what was right in front of me, what felt safe, or even what it seemed like everyone else was doing. So often, I was looking for others for the answers and not trusting my own intuition. It left me feeling dull and less like myself. Yet, perhaps the more terrifying part was questioning if I had wasted so much time that I could not restart or change my trajectory.
Thankfully, that was not my case—or yours either!
With coaching, I’ve come to experience a different way of living, a life of intention and mindfulness. A life based off of my own gut feelings and passions, one where I can make the rules and take the steps necessary to cultivate a life that fits me in every way: my job, my relationships, my dreams, my faith, my finances, my time, and most importantly, my energy.
Cecelia has her degree in Public Health from the University of South Carolina with an emphasis in Health Promotion, Education, and Behavior. She is also a trained and certified life coach through New Life Coaching. She has experience working with women who want to:
